COURSE FEES
Band A—£35 (5x half days) - Monday to Friday
Band B—£40 (5x half days) - Monday to Friday
Band C—£45 (5x half days) - Monday to Friday
Band D—£50 (5x half days) - Monday to Friday

PAYMENT
All Course Fees should be paid in full at the time of booking.
Payment methods are via Paypal, by Cheque or Cash
Cheques to be made payable to Devizes School.

CONCESSIONS
1. If more than one child in the same family attends FULL DAYS (full days means a child who will attend a morning and afternoon activity) then a concession of 10% is offered on the LOWEST priced child’s booking.
2. These concessions are also available if your child is entitled to Free School Meals.
3. *NEW* You are now able to use FREE TIME money to fund part/all of an activity. You will need to send in a letter of confirmation signed by your childs headteacher, indicating that you are eligible for this funding. You will then need to use the PAPER COPY booking form to book your place ticking the Free Time box in the payment section. Camp Xtra will then invoice the school. NB: *You must include the signed Free Time approval in along side your paper booking form*

PLEASE NOTE IF YOU THINK YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A DISCOUNT PLEASE USE THE "PAY LATER" METHOD AT CHECKOUT AND CHOOSE THE "INVOICE ME WITH MY DISCOUNTS" WE WILL THEN AMMEND YOUR TOTALS ACCORDINGLY AND INVOICE YOU FOR THE PAYMENT, YOU CAN THEN CHOOSE TO MAIL IN THE PAYMENT OR PAY VIA PAYPAL.

Online Bookings
To make bookings online you must first register with camp xtra, once you have registered you can then login and use the "bookings" tab on the menu to book the courses you require.

Multiple Online Bookings
At the moment if you are making multiple bookings you will need to book and fill in the information for each course individually. We are in the process of upgrading our booking system, in future you will be able to book different courses together, and pay for them together.

Camp Xtra reserves the right to amend or cancel course activities, age groups and coaching staff should the necessity arise:

Lunch will not be provided to those attending Camp Xtra for the full day therefore they must bring a suitable packed lunch. However, refreshments will be provided during all sessions. It is advisable to bring water bottles. Appropriate clothing should be worn for the activity e.g. comfortable clothing, trainers, sun hat, rain coats etc. All sporting equipment will be provided but you may bring your own if you wish e.g. lacrosse sticks and rackets. Please note this does not include bikes.

Please note that certain products used in Theatrical Make Up, Art, Beauty Therapy and Photography may cause an allergic reaction in some children. Please inform a member of staff if your child has sensitive skin/allergies.

Where it is stated that there are sessions for beginners and advanced, parents must use their discretion but if a child is already attending lessons or regularly taking part then they may not be classed as a beginner. However, due to the nature of some of the activities and for the safety and enjoyment of all participants, the final decision rests with the coach.

If the weather is likely to be sunny do not forget to apply sun protection prior to attending and throughout the day as necessary.

Times of activities in the brochure are start times and so participants should arrive for registration at least 10 minutes prior to this. N.B. This is especially important for off-site activities. Registration will take place in the Main Hall prior to both AM and PM activities. All those attending must sign out in the Main Hall before they leave.
